You’ll get a spirited crash course on Salt Lake City’s infamous “Whiskey Street,” where pioneers like Hugh Moon (our inspiration!) and even Brigham Young played a role in Utah’s early distilling history. We’ll share the wild story of how we found our historic brick house—and the hidden artesian well that makes our spirits truly one-of-a-kind. Get up close to our state-of-the-art (and proudly dust-free) roller mill and check out the fresh, locally sourced grain we use. From there, we’ll guide you through the full process: the mash tank, fermentation tanks, our massive 28-foot column still, and pot stills that transform grain into gold. You’ll also see where the magic finishes—our bottling line and the aging barrels that bring character and depth to our whiskey. And finally—the best part— a tasting of our handcrafted spirits in our cozy brick house tasting room. Whether you’re a whiskey nerd, a gin lover, or just looking for a fun, flavorful experience—this tour is for you! Please plan to take Uber, Trax, or have a designated driver with your group.
