Dented Brick® Distillery Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 1, 2016
At Dented Brick® Distillery, we take pride in the quality of our products and the care we take in preparing and shipping your order. Due to federal and state alcohol regulations, however, most sales of distilled spirits are final. Please review the following terms carefully before making your purchase.

1. Final Sale Policy

All sales of distilled spirits are considered final once the order has been processed and shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of taste preference, change of mind, or cosmetic damage (such as scratches to labels, dents to boxes, or other packaging issues).

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 10 days of delivery at info@dentedbrick.com or call us at 801-883-9837.

Claims must include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or error.

Upon verification, we may, at our sole discretion:

Replace the item(s) with the correct product, or

Issue a refund for the affected item(s) to the original form of payment.

3. Undeliverable or Refused Orders

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal by the recipient, or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer, we cannot guarantee a refund.

In some cases, additional shipping charges may apply if you request reshipment.

4. Time Limits on Claims

Claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be made within 10 days of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Opened bottles, partially consumed bottles, or bottles showing signs of tampering are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
