It is proofed with artesian, limestone-filtered water sourced from the distillery’s own artesian well. This water is eons old snowmelt from the Rocky Mountains, and delivers a crisp, clean, and mineral-rich profile that elevates every sip.
how its made
Crafted in-house at Dented Brick® Distillery, our gin starts with high quality sourced GNS, then undergoes maceration with hand-picked botanicals including juniper, lemon and grapefruit peel, coriander, and cardamom. The process draws out nuanced flavors and aromas while preserving clarity and balance. Finally, it is proofed with our proprietary pure artesian well water, naturally filtered through limestone, giving the gin its smooth texture and vibrant mineral character.
TASTING NOTES
Aroma: Cracked juniper, lemon and grapefruit peel, and coriander, with additional notes of fennel, evergreen conifer, and orange peel over time.
Palate: Sweet cinnamon, earthy cardamom, lemon, and juniper build to a bright, citrus-spearmint peak.
Finish: Dry and peppery with lingering orange peel, lemon, juniper, fennel, and a refreshing spearmint note.
