A celebration of American whiskey heritage, crafted in accordance with the rigorous standards that define Bottled-in-Bond whiskey. This award-winning expression is the product of one distilling season at a single distillery, aged for a minimum of four years in a federally bonded warehouse, and bottled at exactly 100 proof (50% ABV).
The result is a bold, full-bodied whiskey with remarkable depth and structure, delivering concentrated grain and barrel character with the balance and complexity that come from extended aging. Higher proof, deeper flavor, and a distinctly American pedigree—just as Bottled-in-Bond was intended.
Aroma: Vanilla, toasted oak, cinnamon, and nutmeg, unfolding into orange peel, caramel, and clove.
Palate: Layers of vanilla, citrus, brown sugar, and cinnamon rise to a smooth crescendo of oak and clove.
Finish: Semi-dry and spicy, with lingering notes of cinnamon, orange peel, almond, black pepper, nutmeg, and oak.
2. Dented Brick® Chardonnay Cask Finished Gin(45% ABV)
An exceptional spirit that brings together the botanical complexity of handcrafted gin and the nuanced character of fine wine. It begins with our grain-to-glass gin, distilled from red winter wheat and pumpernickel rye and macerated with a carefully selected blend of botanicals.
The finished gin is then rested in former-fill Chardonnay barrels from Hells Canyon Winery, where time in oak adds subtle layers of ripe fruit, gentle spice, vanilla, and wine-barrel character while allowing the gin’s botanicals to remain at the forefront.
The result is a rich, aromatic, and beautifully layered barrel-finished gin—familiar enough for the gin drinker, yet complex enough to intrigue the whiskey lover.
Aroma: Butterscotch, baking spices, and vanilla honey.
Palate: Caramel butter, dark cocoa-infused honey candy, baking spices, juniper, and fresh garden herbs.
Finish: Big barrel flavors and warming spices linger with a touch of peppery heat and juniper.
3. Dented Brick® Chardonnay Cask Finished Straight Rye Whiskey (45% ABV)
A distinctive expression of American whiskey that brings together the bold, spicy character of 100% rye with the softer fruit and subtle sweetness of Chardonnay. The whiskey is matured for a minimum of two years in new American oak barrels, developing classic rye spice, depth, and rich oak character.
It is then finished in a Hells Canyon Winery Chardonnay barrel, where the rye takes on additional layers of ripe fruit, gentle sweetness, and nuanced wine-barrel character. The result is a complex, beautifully balanced straight rye whiskey that keeps rye’s signature spice at the forefront while adding an elegant Chardonnay-influenced finish.
Aroma: Fresh citrus, ripe pear, and stone fruit.
Palate: Smooth and layered with apricot, toasted oak, and a touch of clove.
Finish: Long and complex, with lingering notes of cinnamon and white wine.
