HUGH MOON MOONSHINE
HUGH MOON MOONSHINE
Dented Brick® ‘s Hugh Moon Moonshine honors the legacy of Hugh Moon, one of Utah’s first distillers. When Mormon pioneers settled in the Utah Territory in the 19th century, Moon brought his English distilling expertise to Salt Lake City, crafting whiskey for the early settlers. Today, Dented Brick® celebrates his pioneering spirit with a premium, grain-to-glass white whiskey inspired by traditional methods and flavors. Crafted with care, this unaged whiskey highlights the character of its grains, offering a smooth, approachable spirit that embodies Utah’s rich distilling heritage. Every bottle reflects small-batch craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the bold character of the state’s earliest whiskey traditions.
How It’s Made
Hugh Moon Moonshine is distilled from 100% unmalted rye to create a spirit with distinctive rye notes. Produced entirely in-house, the whiskey is unaged, allowing the natural flavors of the grain to shine. The result is a smooth, authentic moonshine that’s perfect for sipping neat, mixing into classic cocktails, or enjoying as part of a tasting flight.
