Stock your bar with some of the best spirits Utah has to offer. This exclusive Dented Brick® collection brings together our premium grain-to-glass vodka, gin, and straight rye whiskey—distilled right here in Salt Lake City.
What makes them distinctly Dented Brick? Every spirit is proofed with pure, limestone-filtered artesian well water fed by Rocky Mountain snowmelt. That naturally mineral-rich water helps create the remarkably smooth, balanced character that runs through our spirits.

1. Dented Brick® Premium GIN (45% ABV)
Premium grain-to-glass gin, handcrafted from grain to glass. We begin with our signature grain base of red winter wheat for softness and rye for structure and spice, then distill the spirit in small batches with a carefully curated selection of botanicals: lavender flower, angelica root, juniper, spruce tips, orange peel, coriander, and lemon peel.
The finished gin is proofed with limestone-filtered artesian well water, whose natural mineral character complements the botanicals and contributes to a crisp, balanced finish. The result is a vibrant and aromatic gin with layers of juniper, bright citrus, subtle florals, and fresh evergreen notes—refined enough to sip and flavorful enough to make a standout cocktail.
Aroma: Fragrant rosemary, crispy sage pastry, juniper, caraway, and warm baking spices.
Palate: Satiny and vibrant with a dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body; hints of citrus and spice unfold gracefully.
Finish: Sooth and stimulating with lingering notes of lemon bar, bitter orange, and honeycomb.
2. Dented Brick® Premium Straight rye whiskey (45% ABV)
This premium straight rye whiskey begins with a 100% rye mash bill and is handcrafted entirely at our Salt Lake City distillery—from milling, mashing, fermenting, and distilling to barrel aging and proofing.
The whiskey is aged for a minimum of two years in new oak barrels, using a combination of #2, #3, and #4 char levels to develop layers of spice, oak, caramelized character, and complexity. After aging, it is carefully proofed with pure, limestone-filtered artesian well water drawn from our historic Salt Lake City well.
Keeping every step in-house gives us control over quality and flavor from grain to glass. The result is a bold, small-batch straight rye whiskey with classic rye spice, rich barrel character, and a remarkably smooth, balanced finish.
Aroma: A balanced bouquet of vanilla and cracked peppercorn layered with complex wood notes, sarsaparilla, and plum tart.
Palate: Surprisingly smooth for a 100% unmalted rye, revealing cinnamon, clove, pepper, caramel, brown sugar, and fresh-cut oak.
Finish: Medium length with lingering spice, smoke, and a rich, velvety texture.
3. Dented Brick® Premium Vodka (40% ABV)
Premium grain-to-glass vodka, handcrafted from start to finish. We begin with whole-grain red winter wheat and rye from Mountain Malt in Idaho, then mill, mash, and ferment the grain right here at our distillery.
The spirit is distilled to more than 190 proof before being carefully proofed down with pure artesian well water sourced from our Rocky Mountain well. The result is a clean, exceptionally smooth vodka with genuine grain-to-glass character—and a distinctly Western sense of place.
Aroma: Vanilla bean, soft white bread, and hints of sweet cream.
Palate: Smooth and rounded with notes of sweet grain, butterscotch, and pudding.
Finish: Clean and lingering with jasmine, baking spices, and a touch of lemon zest.
