Dented Brick® Premium Gin is a bold and aromatic spirit that redefines classic gin through meticulous grain-to-glass craftsmanship. Made from a unique combination of red winter wheat and rye, this gin is milled, mashed, fermented, and distilled in-house at our Salt Lake City distillery; ensuring exceptional purity, texture, and flavor. Proofed with our signature artesian, limestone-filtered water drawn from a deep well at the base of the Rocky Mountains, this gin achieves a bright, mineral-rich finish that reflects the natural character of Utah’s high desert terroir.
how it's made
We begin with our signature grain base; red winter wheat for softness and rye for structure and spice. The spirit is distilled in small batches with a curated selection of fresh botanicals featuring a balanced lend of lavender flower, angelica root, juniper, spruce tips, orange peel, coriander, and lemon peel. Finally, it’s proofed to perfection with limestone-filtered artesian water, whose natural mineral content enhances the gin’s crispness and balance, resulting in a vibrant, handcrafted gin that is as refined as it is flavorful.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: Fragrant rosemary, crispy sage pastry, juniper, caraway, and warm baking spices.
Palate: Satiny and vibrant with a dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body; hints of citrus and spice unfold gracefully.
