how it's made
Our process begins with Louisiana molasses from Lula Farm in Louisiana, known for producing some of the finest sugarcane in the world. This base is fermented and distilled with care to preserve the cane’s natural sweetness and character. Finally, the spirit is proofed to perfection with our signature artesian, limestone-filtered water, adding mineral brightness and a clean finish. The result is a balanced, handcrafted rum that captures both the warmth of the Caribbean and the purity of the American West.
TASTING NOTES
Aroma: Himalayan sea salt, vanilla, lime, and pineapple.
Palate: Satiny and vibrant with notes of apricot, Asian pear, and butterscotch toffee; a delicate salinity enhances the natural sweetness.
